The old system felt overloaded and hard to navigate. Too many features were shown at once, and users had to click around to find what they needed. The dashboard didn’t clearly highlight important actions, which made daily work slower.
On top of that, the layout lacked structure. There wasn’t a strong visual hierarchy, so everything looked equally important. This made the experience confusing, especially for new users.
I redesigned the dashboard to make it more structured and focused. I simplified the layout, improved spacing, and brought important data to the front. The goal was to reduce visual noise and help users complete tasks faster.
I also improved the feature sections like Project Management, HR, Finance, and Reporting to feel more organized and easy to scan. The new design feels cleaner, more modern, and easier to use on a daily basis.
Next projects.
