While building TrueTrader, one of the biggest challenges I faced was bringing everything into one place. Signal providers were using different apps like Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord, which made things confusing and hard to manage for traders. I had to create a smooth and easy platform that works well for both traders and signal providers, even though their needs are quite different. Another big challenge was making sure signals are delivered clearly and on time, because even a small delay can affect a trader’s decision. I also focused on building trust through design—users need to feel confident when following signals. Managing subscriptions, showing important trading info in a simple way, and making the whole app work well on mobile were all key parts of the process. I worked hard to keep the experience fast, clean, and easy to use, even with all the complex data involved.
